This information includes the date and time of access, the URL of the website you navigated from, the requested file, the amount of data transmitted, the type of browser and its version, the operating system and your IP address. This data is stored separately from other data that you enter while using our website. We cannot and do not use this data to identify a specific person. This data is analysed solely for statistical purposes and is then deleted.
Where a contractual relationship between yourself and the operator is to be established, defined in terms of content or modified, we will collect and process your personal data only insofar as it is necessary to fulfil these purposes. The data may be processed outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) only in compliance with the relevant EU data protection regulations.
In individual cases we are permitted and obligated to disclose information on contract data if instructed to do so by an authorized body for the purpose of criminal investigation, aversion of danger, to allow intelligence or military counterintelligence services to discharge their statutory duties or in the case of individuals asserting their intellectual property rights.
We collect and process your personal data, where necessary, to enable you to use our website and so that you can be charged for any chargeable services. In this context, we record attributes that identify the user as well as information on the scope and duration of use.
We are permitted to create user profiles using pseudonyms for the purposes of advertising and market research and in order to tailor our website to demand. You have the right to object to this use of your data. We are not permitted to and will not combine user profiles with any data on the bearer of the pseudonym.
When you submit enquiries using our contact form, we will store any information you have entered for the purpose of handling your query. For the secure and protected transmission of confidential content our site uses SSL encryption.
Most of the cookies we use are “session cookies”, which are deleted automatically as soon as you leave our website. Other cookies are retained on your device until you delete them yourself. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser when you visit our website again.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
As a data subject, you are entitled to request access to, and the origins of, any information about you that we have collected and stored. This information can be provided in electronic form if you so request.
You are also entitled to demand that we correct, delete or block the data that we hold about you.
Any consent given by you, for example with regard to newsletters or the permanent storage of your personal data, can be revoked at any time.
Deletion of Data
We delete data when it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, and do so in compliance with the legal deadlines and the rights of data subjects, unless we have legitimate interests in retaining it for longer or are required to retain it by other statutory regulations.
