PATECCO GmbH processes your personal data in accordance with the statutory provisions. In the following, we inform you about the type, scope, purposes and legal basis of the processing of your personal data.

Data collection and logging on our website
For technical reasons, your Internet browser automatically transmits data to our web server when you access our website. This data includes the date and time of access, the URL of the referring website, files accessed, the amount of data sent, your browser type and version, the operating system used and your IP address. The data collected is evaluated to detect attacks, defend against attacks and for statistical purposes and is deleted once it is no longer necessary.

Deletion
We automatically delete collected data after the purpose has been fulfilled. IP addresses are automatically deleted after seven days. When detecting and analyzing attacks, we store IP addresses until legal claims have been enforced or defended against.

Initiation of transactions and existing inventory data
We collect and store personal data in order to initiate and conduct business with our customers and business partners, as well as for the legally required documentation of our business activities.

Deletion
We delete the personal data collected once it is no longer necessary or once the statutory retention and verification obligations applicable to us have expired.

If the processing is based on consent under data protection law, we delete this personal data after revocation of the consent given.

Transfer to third countries
Insofar as we transfer personal data to third countries, this is done in accordance with the provisions of Art. 45 and 46 GDPR. If we use selected processors based in a third country, we conclude agreements with all processors in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. Furthermore, we agree the necessary EU standard contractual clauses for the lawful processing of personal data or check in advance which other effective and formally recognized guarantees ensure the security of the processing. In the case of the use of US companies such as Microsoft as processors, we contractually agree on the European Union as the place of processing of personal data.

Deletion
Personal data will be deleted after the purpose has been fulfilled or after the legal basis on which we base the processing has ceased to exist.

Cookies
In order to enable the full functionality of our website and to make it more convenient for you to use, we or our website operator use so-called „cookies“. With the help of these „cookies“, data can be stored on your computer when you visit our website. You have the option of preventing the storage of cookies on your computer by making the appropriate settings in your browser. However, this may limit the functionality of our website.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called „session cookies“. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them yourself. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

We do not use tracking cookies that allow conclusions to be drawn about your person.

Your rights as a data subject
As a data subject of our data processing, you have the following rights:

Right to information (Art. 15 GDPR)
You have the right to obtain information from us at any time as to whether and which personal data concerning you are processed by us;

Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. Unless we can demonstrate a legitimate purpose or a legal obligation for the continued processing and storage of your personal data that prevents the deletion of your data, we will delete your personal data as quickly as possible and inform you of the deletion.

Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 GDPR applies.

Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
In certain cases, which are listed in Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request the transmission of this data to another controller.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) or (f). We will then no longer process your data – unless we can provide relevant reasons for processing your personal data.

Revocation of consent
If you have given us your consent under data protection law for the processing of personal data, you can revoke this consent in part or in full at any time with effect for the future. We will then no longer process this data for the purpose for which you have withdrawn your consent.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
In accordance with Article 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority at any time. The right to lodge a complaint may be exercised in particular with a supervisory authority in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement of data protection.
