Thank you for your interest in our online job advertisement.
The protection of your personal data is very important to us.
We therefore inform you below about the purposes and legal basis for the processing and use of your personal data as part of your application and any subsequent application procedure. If you do not provide us with the necessary personal data, you will unfortunately not be considered as an applicant in the selection process.
Processing of your personal data
The purpose of processing your personal data is to carry out a selection procedure to fill vacancies within our company. Your data will be forwarded exclusively to the internal departments of our company responsible for the selection procedure.

The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with. § 26 BDSG
Deletion
Your application documents will be deleted three months after completion of the selection process. If you withdraw your application during the selection process, we will delete your application documents immediately.
Longer storage of your application documents / unsolicited application
If we would like to keep your application documents for one year in order to be able to return to your application at a later date, we will obtain your consent under data protection law in advance

Your rights as a data subject
As a data subject of our data processing, you have the following rights:
Right to information (Art. 15 GDPR)
You have the right to obtain information from us at any time as to whether and which personal data concerning you are processed by us;
Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. Unless we can demonstrate a legitimate purpose or a legal obligation for the continued processing and storage of your personal data that prevents the deletion of your data, we will delete your personal data as quickly as possible and inform you of the deletion.
Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 GDPR applies.
Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
In certain cases, which are listed in Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request the transmission of this data to another controller.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) or (f). We will then no longer process your data – unless we can provide relevant reasons for processing your personal data.
Revocation of consent
If you have given us your consent under data protection law for the processing of personal data, you can revoke this consent in part or in full at any time with effect for the future. We will then no longer process this data for the purpose for which you have withdrawn your consent.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
In accordance with Article 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority at any time. The right to lodge a complaint may be exercised in particular with a supervisory authority in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement of data protection.
